HIRING: Female Personal Assistant to Brand Manager of a Luxury brand.

We at Solitario are looking for a personal assistant to work hybrid with the regional brand manager in management of a luxury brand and celebrities in Dubai. Prior experience is preferred but not necessary.

Candidate should be able to manage and organize calendars, appearances and events along with scheduling and bookings of flights, logistics and clients. She should be quick in taking notes and executing work and followups.

We are a luxury brand and in turn provide candidate exposure to networking, HNI and luxury events. As a brand manager, candidate will be training in managerial roles and marketing of a brand. She will represent the brand on behalf of the manager.

Qualifications:

• University degree in management, business or similar fields
• Experience in similar field, not necessary but preferred
• Excellent communication skills and basic software skills for data entry and output
• Ability to commute to work 3 days a week
• Flexibility in working on weekends if needed and ability to travel

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Salary: AED1,000.00 - AED2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
